Restorative Practice at Our School

Our school is on an exciting Restorative Practice journey with Connect RP and Michelle Stowe. This approach helps us build stronger relationships, resolve conflict kindly, and create a more connected school community. In simple terms, it’s about listening to understand, speaking kindly and honestly, and working together to make things right.

You might notice our giraffe symbol around the school — on corridor displays and our new Bí Cineálta (Be Kind) Student Policy. The giraffe reminds us to have the biggest heart and the longest neck — to care deeply and to see things from everyone’s point of view.
